Dancing with the Stars Week Two: Quickstepping and Smooching...

After two weeks of Dancing with the Stars, The Karate Kid remains a knuckle above the competition.

Even a mediocre Jive on last night's performance show wasn't enough to knock Ralph Macchio from the top spot, as his 21-point effort, combined with last week's impressive Foxtrot, leaves him with a total of 45, good for first place on the overall leaderboard.

We'll also see Kirstie Alley next week, no doubt. She and Maksim Chmerkovskiy may have only garnered a score of 20 for their Quickstep, but they concluded the routine with an improvised kiss and left viewers buzzing. Watch below and then check out all the scores from the evening.
